Hi, I’m Erica Ann
Working as an advocate on and off for Domestic violence and sexual assault for the last 13 years, and teaching yoga for the last 9 years in a jail setting. DV shelter setting, 1:1 setting, and group classes I found that somatic movement (yoga) and breath work heals the parasympathetic nervous system (fight, flight, freeze, fawn), specifically damages to the Vagus nerve.
After observing this transformation in others and myself I decided that opening up a healing center that offers classes for somatic movement, breathwork, co regulating classes for parents and kids, workshops, retreats, and also offering portrait sessions to up lift those that may be struggling was a must.
A combo community space to host and offer discussion and support on different ways to heal from complex trauma.
My vision for this place is to build a community of safety. “Our mission is to nurture a sense of belonging and create a supportive and safe environment for all”.
A heart-led community with weekly support groups, classes, speakers, retreats photos, and more.
The goal is to become a 501C3 to be able to provide support to low-income families.
